Mr. Hamilton visits Rehoboth for 50th Anniversary

When Rehoboth celebrated its 50th Anniversary on Decmber 4, 2014. Mr. Hamilton who owned the entire Caymanas Estates visited the Church to see what Bishop has been doing since the Church was located there over 40 years ago.

Mr. Hamilton was generous and assisted Bishop Dyer to have the spot of land which is the very first lot in the community, that is, Lot 1 Augusta Drive, through a letter sent from his office to Moses Matalon who engineered the Dyke Road in Portmore, St. Catherine.

The letter sent to the Matalons caused a changed in the plans for the community and sites were identified for Churches specifically. As a result the church got the very first lot in the community.
